Michael Billings, president of Billings & Company, and Crystal Beall, WKA, a Senior Plan Consultant at America’s 401(k), recently teamed up for an article in Plan Consultant Magazine, a quarterly publication from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA). In their article titled “E-Processing: Worth Your Time, Worth the Effort,” Michael and Crystal wrote about the advantages of making the switch to electronic processing for retirement plan specialists, and the keys to making the transition as smooth as possible.
“Our firms have both successfully transitioned to all-electronic or ‘paperless’ processing, and we both found that it was worth the time and effort – for our business, and for our clients. Still, there are some important questions. Let’s take a look at them and provide some answers.”
